Today you’ll head to a traditional Albanian home where a local cook will teach you how to prepare some of the most popular dishes in the region. You’ll get hands-on experience in cooking and learn about the techniques and methods used in Albanian cuisine

The dishes you’ll prepare might include local specialties such as  Stuffed Eggplants, and Fërgesë (a traditional Albanian dish made with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese). The dishes are subject to availability we will inform you before about the dishes.

The cooking class includes also a glass of wine and raki to drink.
